High temperature resistant control cable is an important category of cable, usually people know fluorine plastic from contact with plastic king - polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). In fact, polytetrafluoroethylene is just the production and dosage of fluorine plastic varieties, in addition, commonly used fluorine plastics are: Tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorinated (plus) propyl vinyl ether copolymer (PFA), polyperfluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP, commonly known as F46), ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (ETFE, commonly known as F40), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polytrifluoroethylene chloride (PCTFE).  

Product Introduction

Suitable for AC rated voltage 450/750V and below electrical instrument connection line and automatic control system transmission line, it compared with ordinary plastic insulated control cable, insulation using fluorine plastic, the product has higher heat resistance than ordinary control cable, with oil resistance, waterproof, wear resistance, corrosive gas resistance, aging resistance, no combustion and other excellent performance, It is mainly used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries with special requirements of mobile temperature resistance.


Purpose

Usage: This product is suitable for the rated voltage of 450/750V and below metallurgy, power generation, chemical industry and other high-temperature environment control, monitoring circuit and protection line applications.


Characteristic
1. Use the highest temperature: poly (perfluoroethylene propylene F46), insulation should not exceed 200℃
Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene PFA, insulation should not exceed 260℃
2. The temperature of high voltage cables should not be lower than 0 ° C. Silicone rubber and composite sheathed cables should not be less than 25 degrees below 0.
3. Its AC rated voltage: U0/U? 450/750KV
4. Bending radius of high voltage cable: about six times the outer diameter of the cable. Shielded copper tape or armored steel tape cable minimum is about 12 times the diameter of the cable. Sheathed and fluoroplastic insulated cables should be at least eight times the outer diameter of the cable.


Performance

1, rated voltage U0/U: 450/750V and below

2. Working temperature:

Using silicone rubber insulated cable, the operating temperature is 180℃.

The cable insulated with polyfluoroethylene propylene is used, and the working temperature is 200℃.

3, flame retardant cable can effectively prevent the spread of flame.

4, fire-resistant structure of the cable can be in 750-800℃ (or 950-1000℃) flame conditions, maintain normal operation for 90 minutes.
